Information Communication Technology (ICT) Services To Conduct Planned System Upgrades

 INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) SERVICES TO CONDUCT PLANNED SYSTEM UPGRADES

The City advises customers that the Energy Management Directorate - ICT Services will be undertaking a planned Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) upgrade, which may result in the temporary unavailability of certain electricity services.

Maintenance will start on Friday, 16 January from 8pm to Saturday, 17 January at 6am.

During this period, electricity vending services may be affected. 

Customers are therefore advised to purchase prepaid electricity tokens in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

The City apologises for any inconvenience that may be experienced.
