Minister Radebe to Host a Youth Dialogue Ahead of The Upcoming Aids 2016 Conference
Minister in the Presidency responsible for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Jeff Radebe, in his capacity as the Chairperson of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on the 21st International AIDS Conference will host a Youth Dialogue in Durban.
The objective of the dialogue is to engage youth about the upcoming, 21st International AIDS Conference and gather ideas on how the National Development Plan (NDP) can assist in reducing infection rates amongst young people. The AIDS Conference will be held in Durban from the 18th to the 22nd July 2016.
Minister Radebe will be joined by a panel of IMC members, KwaZulu- Natal provincial leadership, representatives from the NYDA and experts in HIV/ AIDS. Over 100 representatives from various youth formations are expected to attend the dialogue.
