Europe And Oceania Commonwealth Games 2022 Bid-Inbound Visits 

The 26 member states and territories of the Commonwealth Games Federation from Europe and Oceania have arrived in Durban to inspect the proposed playing venues for Commonwealth Games from 22 – 26 July 2015. This evaluation process is the last phase of the Durban’s bid to host the first ever Commonwealth Games in the African soil.

The venues to be inspected include the Rachel Finlayson Pool, Moses Mabhida Stadium, Durban International Convention Centre, Durban Exhibition Centre, Beachfront Promenade, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Queensmead Hockey Stadium, Collegians lawn bowls and the Cascade Mountain Bike Park in Pietermaritzburg. The itinerary for this four-day visit is as follows:
