EThekwini Customer Services Comes To Westwood and Chatsworth Mall This Weekend
 
Residents planning a shopping trip this coming weekend on 16-17 November have an opportunity to query any municipal service-related matter.
 
The City’s successful Customer Mall Roadshows has since its inception in May 2018 been able to assist more than 6000 customers onsite.
Service units will be onsite and online to assist with all utility service-related queries, update information, register on eServices and make payment arrangements for any outstanding accounts including traffic fines. Customers may also apply for a rates rebate should they qualify or simply check if their current account is in order.
 
The following services will be on offer:
 
Revenue: Accounts enquiries, consolidations, transfers, terminations, credit authorities and rebates to senior citizens
Water: Accounts inquiries, Meter readings queries. Water leaks and registration of water services
 
Electricity: Accounts enquiries, meter readings and checking of applications status
 
Sizakala: Any other municipal related services enquiries and employment application forms among other services will be on offer.
 
Metro Police will be available for the following:
 
• Traffic Fines viewing and printing
• On site card payment of traffic fines
• Advice and arrangement of traffic fine payments
• General enquiries
 
Supply Chain Management will be available for all CSD/Vendor Portal related enquiries together with City Integrity and Investigation Unit .
 
The Customer Service Roadshow will be at the Westwood Mall (Pick n Pay Court) and Chatsworth Mall (Shoprite Court) from 9am to 5pm.
 
The roadshow planned for the La Lucia Mall has unfortunately been postponed however a new date will be communicated in due course.
